Valerie Stetson

Valerie Hall Stetson lived a life surrounded by those who loved her. Valerie was born in Waxahachie, Texas, April 5th, 1949. She passed away May 1st, 2023, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She is survived by her brother William Stetson and her two sons, Sean Dillard and Eric Stetson. As well as her grandchildren Brent Dillard, Aspen Dillard, Sage Dillard, Ivy Dillard, her great grandchild Sophia Dillard, and you can’t forget about her beloved fur-baby, Daisy. All who knew Valerie also knew of her kind and giving nature. Without hesitation Valerie would hand
you her last dollar if you needed it. She would feed you, house you, and love you unconditionally. She was dedicated to her children with no end. Her determination and organization was admirable by all. She was a published author of fiction and poetry. Valerie’s faith was strong and gave her peace and hope through all her life.
