Sharlene Corbit

Sharlene F. Corbit left this world on March 5, 2025, to join her beloved husband, Raymond, who passed in 1981. She was born in Topeka, Kansas, on July 25, 1936, but always considered Saginaw, Texas, to be her home.

Sharlene’s list of accomplishments included her membership in the Order of Eastern Star; her lifetime membership in Saginaw Elementary P.T.A. where she worked in several capacities; her volunteer work at Glenview Hospital; her work in computers until Tandy closed its doors; and the many friends she made by raising Miniature Schnauzer puppies.

Sharlene was preceded in death by her mother, two brothers, and one sister. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her only daughter, Debbie Torina, and son-in-law, Steve Torina.

Graveside services were held on March 18, 2025, at Saginaw Cemetery.
