Richard Lee “Moses” Barringer

Richard L. Barringer, 76, of Lake Havasu City passed away April 19, 2023.

Richard Lee Barringer was born on February 5, 1947, in Spokane, WA to Harold and Dorothy (Rickey) Barringer. Richard, best known as Moses, owned two businesses, Quality Machine Shop.

He loved his two sons Cliff and Scott Barringer, raising them on his own. He was known for being a hard worker, and a very loving, kind, and gentle man. Moses’s other loves were his wife, his Harley shovelhead, and people he met during all his travels. He was known for making people feel good about themselves.

Richard “Moses” is survived by his loving wife Debra of 30 years, Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons Cliff Barringer, Scott Barringer both of San Diego, CA; sister Kathy Glaze of Colorado; brothers Rick Hamby, Colorado, Howard Hamby, Washington, Mike Hamby, Colorado; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers.

He will be deeply missed by all who met and loved him.

Per Richard’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. He will be laid to rest at Fairmount Cemetery in Spokane, WA.
