Dennis Taylor

Dennis was born in Denver, CO to Niles and Edith Taylor on March 23, 1957. He married Barbara, the love of his life and best friend, in Weinsberg, West Germany. He graduated from Auburn University in 1989. He worked as the Statewide Aviation Program Manager and Chief of Transportation/Multi-modal Planning Division for the Nevada Department of Transportation for twenty years. He was a Vietnam Era War Veteran and served in the United States Army. He was awarded the Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Army Good Conduct Medal (3rd Award), Army Achievement Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and the Expert Rifle M-16. Dennis was preceeded in death by his father, Niles and his mother, Edith. Dennis is survived by his wife, Barbara, his sister, Sandy, and his brother, Larry. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, several sister and brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
